Program Requirements:

• Enrolled in QAMC or graduated from QAMC
• Clearance of third or fourth professional exam  
• Completion of USMLE Step 1 exam
• No academic probation or disciplinary issues


• CRIQ application form  
• Letter of interest
• Two letters of recommendation from faculty members
• Dean's letter of support
• Copy of Step 1 exam report
• Educational Transcript
• Copy of medical degree (if applicable)
• HIPPA Training Certification
• Vaccination Record

Responsibilities of Applicants

Commit to a minimum of 4-week duration for the clinical rotation program.
•  Agreement to abide by the program’s rules and regulations.
• Complete additional requirements by each hospital or clinic.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.
• Maintain personal health insurance for the duration of the clinical rotation.
• Attendance at mandatory orientation sessions.
• Completion of required training programs.
• Accept periodic evaluations and feedback from preceptors.
• Completion of required assessments and assignments.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Cover all associated costs, including travel, accommodation, and program fees.
• Obtain an appropriate visa. CRIQ will not provide any visa sponsorship documentation.

Note: Ensure all required documentation is submitted by the specified deadlines. Incomplete applications will not be considered for the Clinical Rotations Initiative (CRIQ). All participants of the CRIQ program are expected to join QAMCAANA after their successful MATCH (there is no membership fee for residents).
